1. Parties and Definitions
In this Agreement

Bodrum Stone House Hotel: Bodrum Stone House Hotel,

Member: Persons who become members of the system via www.bodrumstonehouse.com.tr website / connected mobile applications,

User: Persons who log in to bodrumstonehouse.com.tr as a member or without becoming a member,

bodrumstonehouse.com.tr: All mobile applications and social media channels affiliated with Bodrum Stone House Hotel, primarily bodrumstonehouse.com.tr, managed by Bodrum Stone House Hotel,

Facility: Businesses that offer their accommodation services for reservation through bodrumstonehouse.com.tr.

2. Approval of the Agreement
Each User accepts and undertakes to comply with the Membership and Terms of Use ("Agreement") and these provisions shall be deemed to have been approved and entered into force upon the Users' login to bodrumstonehouse.com.tr.

3. Services
Bodrum Stone House Hotel; It allows facilities to advertise their products and services via bodrumstonehouse.com.tr and also mediates Users to make reservations from the facilities and provides other services related to this. In this context, Bodrum Stone House Hotel is a broker according to the Turkish Code of Obligations; and it is an Intermediary Service Provider according to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and the reservation process and accommodation service agreement are carried out between the User and the Facility.

4. Bodrum Stone House Hotel Membership
Each User must enter an e-mail address and password in order to become a member of Bodrum Stone House Hotel. The Member will create his/her password using various characters and of sufficient length and will try not to use this password in third-party applications.

The determination, change and protection of the password is entirely the responsibility of the Member and Bodrum Stone House Hotel is absolutely not responsible for any problems or damages that may arise from these issues.

All responsibility for the comments, thoughts, expressions and personal information sent by the Members regarding the facilities through bodrumstonehousehotel.com.tr belongs to the Members. Members; The member accepts that Bodrum Stone House Hotel is not a party to any disputes that may arise with the Facility due to these comments, Bodrum Stone House Hotel is free to publish/not publish these opinions and thoughts, and also has the right to regulate these opinions and comments through moderators.

Members accept and declare not to use usernames, photographs and nicknames that are threatening, immoral, racist, contrary to legislation/international agreements, contain political messages, violate the intellectual or industrial property rights of individuals or tarnish the names of individuals/institutions; and not to send messages or comments.

Members accept and declare not to sell or offer to sell any goods or services on bodrumstonehousehote.com.tr platforms without the permission of Bodrum Stone House Hotel, and not to use bodrumstonehousehote.com.tr services for advertising or other commercial purposes.

5. Users' Rights and Obligations
Users; While using Bodrum Stone House Hotel services,

they agree that all information they provide to Bodrum Stone House Hotel is accurate, that they are responsible for any damages that may arise from the information being incorrect or incomplete, and that in such cases (if any) their Bodrum Stone House Hotel membership may be terminated;

that they are personally responsible for any transactions they will make through bodrumstonehousehotel.com.tr;

that the Facility is directly responsible for any damages that may occur due to the unauthorized use, sharing or publication of the information they share with Bodrum Stone House Hotel;

that they will not misuse the services on bodrumstonehousehote.com.tr, will not misuse the system by illegally transmitting personal data belonging to others to bodrumstonehousehote.com.tr, and will not engage in any behavior that violates or harms the rights of other users using this system;

that the comments made and scores given regarding the service quality and service level of the facilities are made by the members, and that Bodrum Stone House Hotel has no responsibility or direction regarding these;

Bodrum Stone House Hotel Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy have been read and understood and will act in accordance with these policies;

Not to process, copy, analyze or download any commercial or personal data and any other information on the site for purposes other than this Agreement;

They are required to pay the accommodation fee notified to them under the conditions announced by the Facility on bodrumstonehousehote.com.tr, otherwise the reserved room may not be delivered to them;

Not to exceed the purpose of use specified in this Agreement, otherwise Bodrum Stone House Hotel may stop providing service to the User / User's membership
